New version of the innovative ChessRogue is available at its official website
This version adds three new pieces to the opposition, and finally implements the long-standing (since the original 3DRL) feature request for warnings when you are in check.
Temple of The Roguelike 
ChessRogue is my favorite of the new breed of roguelikes, due both to its theme and how it’s a fundamental part of the game. Great that it’s seeing continued development.
